Welcome to PieKarz Street Bagel Co., a small cottage bakery rooted in family tradition and old-world craft.
Our name comes from the Polish word PieKarz, meaning “the baker.” Pronounced pee-EH-kash. Learning to say it makes you part of the story.
We offer small batches of hand-crafted bagels, frozen at peak freshness, plus fresh bagels and sourdough breads and a few family favorites, like cookies made from recipes passed down at home.
